sites in Angel Fire Resort. The company is a New Mexico
Limited Liability Company
whose members are Angel Projects Ltd.,
a Texas Limited partnership and Angel Fire Ventures
LLC, a New Mexico Limited Liability Company.
The companies have been the exclusive developers of
Angel Fire Resort and specialize in the development
of real estate properties. The companies were formed
with the acquisition of the Angel Fire Resort in 1995.
Prior to the development of the spectacular Valley of
the Utes, the company’s area real
estate developments include The Aspens and Elk Meadows
located in Angel Fire, New Mexico.
